FAQs

You're welcome to arrive from 5.50pm on Friday, with worship starting at 6pm.

During Around the Throne you're free to come and go as you please.

You're invited to bring whatever you'd like to help you respond to God in worship: your Bible, journal – even some art supplies?

If you're planning to worship though the night, we'd advise bringing a couple of extra, warm layers or a blanket.

Although you're free to leave to go to a local 24 shop if hunger hits, we'd advise bringing some snacks.

On the hour, every hour, the worship leader will change.  Some times we'll be led by a full band, other times the music will be more stripped back.

We'll be led by teams made up of worship leaders from across Re:Hope's locations.  Expect a mixture of Sunday classics and new songs.

Depending on the time and/ or the band set-up, Around the Throne will feature louder and quieter moments.  Your worship may be heard by others – remember how your singing can put wind in other people sails, especially in the early hours of the morning.

You don't need to be part of Re:Hope Church to attend.  All are welcome.

Kids are welcome to attend Around the Throne, with parents taking responsibility for their kids.

From 10 - 11am on Saturday there will be a dedicated children's hour with a time for
worship for babies, toddlers and pre-schoolers, followed by kids worship for all ages.

Tea and coffee will be available for the duration of Around the Throne.

Food won't be provided, however you're welcome to eat what you've brought from home, order some food to be delivered, or step out to pick something up.

You're welcome to bring a pillow and a blanket for a power nap.

We're all going to be staying in the main space at Re:Hope Paisley.  It will be noisy an not the best environment for a proper sleep.  You're welcome to go home for some sleep and come back.

WORDS AND PICTURES

At Around the Throne we'll be coming into God's presence as we worship Him – that's our main thing.

But we know that when we're in God's presence He speaks.  As always we love to pay attention and appreciate you taking time to let us know how God is speaking.
