Pain, loss and missed expectations lead us unto darkened paths. They invoke symptoms of grief.  The frustration, fear and uncertainty brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic could also be symptoms of grief.

Grief is hard!

Anytime you go through a major change—whether welcomed or not—some amount of comfort and familiarity is lost. And with every loss, there is grief.

This journey together is intended to help you walk with God through that experience of

grief. As Psalm 23 makes clear, God is always with us—whether in green pastures or in the valley of the shadow of death. And because God is with us, our grief has the

potential to not only be an experience of loss and sadness, but an opportunity for

tremendous healing and growth as well.

Our grief matters to God, because those who experience it matter to him. All

throughout Scripture we see God meet people in their grief. Therefore, we can trust that God desires to pour out compassion and comfort on us and wants to relate with us in the midst of our grief.

You are invited to join us in a 7 week online course to journey with God through grief.

This will be an interactive, community supported, gospel centred journey through grief.

Who is this for?

  • If you're currently grieving loss of any kind.

  • If this past year has brought about negative changes of mood.

  • If you have unhealthy coping mechanisms for when you encounter pain, loss or missed expectations in life.

  • If you want to be better equipped with the tools to process future grief.
