Day 15 BONUS

Last autumn we applied for Nigerian passports for our three young adults for a visit planned for the following May. We attended the Nigeria High Commission in London in September, and got the applications for Ruben & Ella done. Ruben's passport arrived a couple of months later but not Ella's, though we had applied for both at the same time.

The week after Mia got back from Kona in March, we flew down to submit her passport application as the window was getting tight, and to chase up Ella's missing passport. I felt led to pray that we would get all the necessary paperwork sorted — Ella & Mia's passports, and Lynne's visa — by the end of the month of March, though it was a real stretch of faith.

We were at the High Commision on the Friday 15th March, we got the red eye flight down, and teatime flight back up to Glasgow. That Saturday morning, Mia called me at work to tell me her passport had just arrived in the post in Bearsden! Literally less than 24 hours after we had submitted all the necessary paperwork in London! We were also able to chase up Ella's application, and that came in the post a few weeks later, as did Lynne's visa. We went on to have a fantastic holiday in Nigeria a couple of months later — God is GOOD!!!

Allow the Holy Spirit to lead you today as you pray for your main prayer request — is there a way you are to be boldly specific in your prayers?!
